It's not just about how much we can buy or how we much we make. It's about peace of mind , good health and exploring in every way.

It’s no secret that I looove music. Old school, new school, hip hop, house, soul, EDM… I love it all.

And music… just like anything you absorb, whether you’re putting it IN your body, ON your body or listening to it; affects your energy and what you invite into your life. That’s why it’s so important to be mindful about what you expose yourself to.

I developed this little trick a few years ago to help me stay mindful about the music I listen to and invite the energy I want into my life. I do it by celebrating myself and giving myself the love I deserve. Because when you can give yourself deep unconditional love, you attract things that match that energy.

In doing this, you start to embody the version of you that holds your full potential.

It’s a fun way to activate your Higher Self, develop greater self-love and attract the loving relationships you want in your life.

Start by creating a playlist with your favorite love songs. They can be slow jams or upbeat dance songs. I have both.

When I listen to my slow jams, I set the mood by soaking in the bath tub and lighting a few candles. I’m usually lip synching in the bathroom mirror and dancing around the house when I’m in the mood for more upbeat vibes. You set the mood however you want. It’s about doing whatever makes you feel good.

As the music plays, listen to the words as if it’s you singing the song to yourself. Like your Higher Self is singing to you. Usually when we listen to love songs we think about giving our love to other people. But what if we found that love in ourselves and gave ourselves that warm fuzzy feeling?
