Four years ago, it felt like my stomach was being tied in a knot, stabbed with a knife and set on fire. I was so tired and depressed that not even 60mg of Adderall could get me out of bed for longer than an hour.
“You better check yourself before you wreck yourself,” was the only thought running through my head as I lifted my face off the seat of a public toilet.
It was the warning I received as a kid, right before I did something that got me in serious trouble. And this predicament was no different. Mentally and physically I had nothing left to give.

I got to this point by trying to be strong and take care of everything. And I had sacrificed my physical, mental and financial health doing it. I was in a deep dark hole.

I tried to escape the mental suffering by popping pills, drowning myself in vodka and wine and lots of partying. But trying to avoid it made the mental pain manifest as physical pain.
Doctors couldn't help me, so I helped myself by studying neuroscience, biology, quantum physics and the laws of the Universe. It taught me that I could free my mind, control my health and the things in my life by making internal changes.
Today I'm healthier than ever. My mind is clear, calm, free and focused. I feel light and joyful. And I've unlocked my purpose and a new level of pleasure and power.
It's been so life changing that my mission became to help people tap into this power to improve their life and inspire the people they lead. If you're dealing with stress, depression or anxiety... you better check yourself before you wreck yourself.
